Effective August 31, 2026. These Terms of Service govern use of the First Light USA website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Informational Purpose
Website content is provided for general educational, organizational and informational purposes. It is not medical, mental-health, legal or emergency advice and does not create a professional treatment relationship. First Light Circles is a non-clinical community program. First Light is not an emergency service, crisis-intervention service, shelter, healthcare provider or substitute for licensed medical or mental-health care.
Emergencies
Do not use this website or its forms to seek emergency assistance. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an urgent crisis, use appropriate emergency or crisis resources rather than waiting for a response from First Light.
Applications And Referrals
Submitting an application, inquiry or referral does not guarantee acceptance into a First Light program, a particular service, a response within a particular time or any specific outcome. Participation may depend on program fit, capacity, safety, location, scheduling and other legitimate program considerations. Referrers are responsible for submitting information accurately, with the referred person’s knowledge and without unnecessary sensitive or graphic details.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit knowingly false or unlawful information, impersonate another person, upload malicious code or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights or safety of others.
